Guest enquiry and booking information is used only to respond to requests, confirm stays and provide hotel services.

We do not sell guest information. Contact details may be used for direct booking communication and service updates.

HSF Staff app (for hotel employees only)

The HSF Staff app for Android and iOS is used only by employees of Hotel Sea Forest. Guests do not use it, and nobody can create an account in the app. Staff logins are created by the hotel management.

What the app collects: when a staff member punches in or out for attendance, the app takes a selfie photo with the phone camera and records the phone's precise location (GPS) at that moment. It also records the time, the device type and the IP address. The camera and location are used only when the staff member taps the punch button; the app does not track location in the background.

Why: only to mark staff attendance (check that the right person punched in at the hotel) and to calculate working hours, late arrivals and payroll days.

Storage and sharing: photos and locations are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored on the hotel's own server in a private folder that only authorised managers can view. They are not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with any third party, except where required by law.

How long we keep it: attendance records are kept for as long as needed for payroll and labour-law records. A staff member can ask the hotel management to see or delete their attendance photos and data by writing to the email address on our Contact page. When a staff login is removed, the app stops working for that person.
